Welcome to Jack the Ripper's Asylum! Jack the Ripper In the Autumn of 1888 five prostitutes in an area known as Whitechapel became victims of the killer we now call Jack the Ripper. This is Saucy Jacky's unofficial playground... Check out the discussions, chats, fun and games with like-minded inmates in an attempt to get into the mind and place of Britain's most notorius serial killer... Ha ha. Catch us if you can Mr. Lusk.
Eight little whores, with no hope of heaven, Gladstone may save one, then there'll be seven. Seven little whores beggin for a shilling, One stays in Henage Court, then there's a killing. Six little whores, glad to be alive, One sidles up to Jack, then there are five. Four and whore rhyme aright, So do three and me, I'll set the town alight Ere there are two. Two little whores, shivering with fright, Seek a cosy doorway in the middle of the night. Jack's knife flashes, then there's but one, And the last one's the ripest for Jack's idea of fun.

I have some really cute comics I'll upload then - I have one where he's just 8/9 in it which is adorable! :3

Please... don't ask... >.> But I will tell you anyway
So last night my freind and I were having a discussion centering my home-made rhubarb wine and the conversation was extended to this. Yes, she made a story called 'Jack the Ripper and the rhubarb stalk' which was quite hilarious and while she was translating it from Swedish to English, I got to work on the cover art. So there you have it. If you would like to read the story, please feel free to ask. ^^
Drawn in fine-liner

That is really well drawn!! I can't believe the amount of detail you put in that, I would lose my patience trying to do that.

Thank you! I loved drawing it and it was a style that I'd never done before so I thought I'd give it a go because it seems to make things look more professional. It does take a long time to draw though, I'm not gonna lie. There are so many lines to fill but it isn't that much different from normal shading. Only thing is, you hace to be careful not to make a mistake because you can't rub out, so I did do a very rough outline in pencil so that I knew where to fill.

I hate drawing in ink. I always end up making mistakes. Even when I have a pencil sketch drawn first and go to outline it I tend to still make mistakes.

I've never been able to get the hang of shading. Only when looking at a still life could I actually draw it and shade it properly. When doing something non still life I've not been able to shade at all.

Ugh - my SAI trial ran out and I need to buy the full version (or get it sneakily) before I can look at any of my pictures that I drew for it, and this includes compics. *Sighs* So for now I'm back to drawing by hand. I didn't get to draw much this month since I've been in Turkey and drviving + drawing don't really go. I tend to get lazy with shading in cartoons too, but once you get the hang of it it comes automatically.

Well that sucks, I hope you can get them back soon!

I haven't been drawing much for the past month or so at all, every time I start drawing I just end up staring at the page and forgetting what I wanted to draw.

How was your vaccation btw?

I hope I get them back too! You would love to see them I know - JtR is so cute in chibi form! xD

I've been wanting to draw desperately, but the car's been too bumpy to do anything. I'm sure you'll gwet back into it soon! Sometimes I have periods of time like that and then all the creativity comes back and you get some epic ideas! Half of the time they stay in my head though.

My holdiay was awesome! And on the way back there was an article in the newspaper with Jack the Ripper in that made me go all jittery! xD We drove through loads of different countries and each of them had their own adventure stapled to them, from sleeping wild up a mountain and being walked up to by soldiers to some Bulgarian man trying to buy our car lol!

You gotta upload those as soon as you get them back!! The only thing that's better than a huggable serial killer is a chibi huggable serial killer!

I know what you mean about ideas staying in your head half the time. I already completely planned out when Jack is suppose to meet Alex in my story, which won't be till some time around the 3rd and 4th victims and have been thinking about it almost daily!

That sounds like a wonderful holiday! I've always wanted to visit Europe, I moved to USA from Belarus when I was 6, and besides visiting family in Canada a couple times over the past 14 years I've not really gone anywhere. :(

I can't wait to see them again too! I miss little chibi JtR! And there's one where he's a kid too, and he just makes you melt, even though he's crying when his dad dies and takes out the pain by ripping up the mice in the shed lol! I agree - chibi serial killers are like... Lustful

Gosh - I keep thinking about ideas like that all the time too! My mind is constantly buzzing! I can't wait to hear the rest of your story either!

It was wonderful - since I live in Europe we only have to cross the english channel and we can just drive through and see all these different countries and cultures. I feel so lucky that I am so easily able to do so. Wow - I never knew that you came from Belarus! I've never been there actually! I wish I could come to America and Canada some day too - I have so many people I would love to visit and such!

Shame about the mice though. No

I wish I could at least visit other places her the the states. But I've only been to Florida for a couple days back when I was 15, and the whole time I was stuck babysitting my mom's friend's 8 year old granddaughter who was a huge pain. And when I was 11 or 12 I went with our Canadian relatives to Las Vegas (which is nothing but casinos and strip clubs) so that was miserable.

Besides that I don't ever really leave Michigan.
